Indigo Discharge Diamond Flannel Workshirt

It's no secret that we love indigo discharge printing; the technique alone is something to be admired. Year after year, we've been producing our indigo discharge bandanas and bandana scarves. We wanted to explore using this technique on a flannel with our partnering mill in India. After many rounds of trial and error, adjusting the scale, the weave of the fabric, and the finish itself, the end result is something we're extremely excited about.

Built on our flannel workshirt body, the Diamond Flannel workshirt is an ideal Spring flannel. We wanted this to be a bit tougher than our soft Fall flannels, in order to warrant a break-in period, similar to a denim, so that the shirt can fade and soften according to your wear. This has all the bells and whistles we typically provide on our flannel workshirts, including our feather pleats, triple needle side seams, chainstitch runoff, acorn pockets, and custom corozo buttons.

• Fabric from 100% Indian grown cotton that is spun, dyed, and woven in a family owned mill in India
• Signature feather pleats on the rear yoke for better movement swinging an axe, puttin your hand on the steering wheel, or reaching further into the cooler for a beverage
• Triple Needle Chainstitched yoke and sideseam for an unbustable shirt
• Natural corozo buttons in a custom shape for Wythe based off of original 1940s workwear buttons
• Collar is unlined and unfused. Designed to look great unbuttoned, and also at home with a bolo tie or bandana
• Buy your normal size, these shirts will fit comfortably as is with a bit of room to wear open over a t-shirt, tank top, or thermal.
